We're Hiring: Driver Recruiter (USA Market)

Location:
Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi

Timings:
7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

We are expanding into the
USA trucking and dispatch industry
and are looking for a
Driver Recruiter
who can help us build a strong team of
CDL / Non-CDL drivers, carriers, and logistics professionals
for our U.S. operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunt and onboard
    CDL & Non-CDL drivers
    across the USA.
  • Source and manage
    carriers and logistics staff
    .
  • Handle
    complete recruitment and onboarding
    — documentation, verification, and background checks.
  • Ensure
    compliance with U.S. DOT and FMCSA recruitment policies
    .
  • Maintain driver records, contracts, and communication logs.
  • Coordinate closely with U.S.-based operations and dispatch teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    Minimum 1–2 years in
    U.S. trucking or dispatch recruiting
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    CDL regulations, hiring portals, and compliance processes
    .
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work U.S. business hours.
  • Knowledge of
    driver databases, recruitment channels, and background verification tools
    .
