Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Special Education Specialist, located in Karachi Division with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Responsibilities include assessing and supporting students with special educational needs, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), providing tailored behavioral and academic interventions, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists. The role also involves monitoring students' progress and adapting strategies to ensure positive learning outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with children and diverse stakeholders
  • Background in Education and teaching methodologies, particularly for children with varying learning needs
  • Experience in working with children with developmental disabilities or special needs
  • Relevant certifications in special education or ABA, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field are preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven intervention plans
