HouseOfPakistan is looking for a proactive and people-focused professional to help us grow our network of SMEs, artisans, farmers, and service providers across Pakistan. This role is a
blend of outreach, lead generation, onboarding support, community engagement, and basic technical liaison work
—ideal for someone who enjoys talking to entrepreneurs and helping them adopt digital tools.

What You'll Do

  • Research and compile data of SMEs from online sources (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, directories, marketplaces, etc.)
  • Reach out to business owners via calls and WhatsApp to explain the HOP platform, handle their questions, and encourage them to join
  • Assist SMEs in filling onboarding forms and guide shortlisted businesses through the complete onboarding process
  • Maintain warm relationships with entrepreneurs and support digital and local communities for engagement
  • Help business owners understand platform features in simple terms, especially those with low digital literacy
  • Collect feedback and relay platform-related issues to the development team, following up until resolved
  • Maintain weekly tracking sheets and progress reports for outreach, onboarding, and support activity
  • Be a part of national-level city launches, onboarding drives, and community-building initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in Urdu (regional languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable making outreach calls, but also strong in relationship management
  • Ability to explain digital processes simply and patiently
  • Good research ability and familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Organized, responsible, and great at follow-ups
  • Experience in customer support, calling roles, Business Development, onboarding, or community engagement
