HouseOfPakistan is looking for a confident communicator who can
discover promising SMEs, connect with them, explain our platform in simple terms, and guide them through the onboarding journey
. If you enjoy talking to people, researching businesses, and building meaningful relationships, this role is a great fit.

What You'll Do

  • Research and scrape data to compile SME lists
  • Evaluate potential leads and maintain updated databases
  • Make outreach calls and WhatsApp follow-ups to brief SMEs about HouseOfPakistan
  • Convince businesses to complete onboarding forms
  • Guide shortlisted SMEs through onboarding and basic platform usage
  • Support low digital-literacy users with simple, clear instructions
  • Build and manage community groups (LCNs) and keep SMEs engaged
  • Collect feedback and relay platform issues to the tech team
  • Track weekly outreach, onboarding progress, and community activity

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable making outreach calls (relationship-focused, not hard sales)
  • Good research ability + familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Ability to explain digital processes in simple terms
  • Organized, patient, and excellent at follow-ups
  • 2+ years of Experience in Business Development, customer success, or community roles,
