  • Reconcile bank statements, project accounts, and client ledgers.
  • Maintain documentation of agreements, allotment letters, and payment records.
  • Support payroll processing for project and office staff.
  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports and project cash flows.
  • Handle petty cash, expense claims, and ensure timely entries.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support auditors with project and financial documentation.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with property payment plans, installments, and real estate financial practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, especially during closings and project handovers.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with sales, finance, and project teams.
