We are seeking a
Technical Lead Developer
with
5+ years of hands-on experience
in software development and leadership. The ideal candidate will possess
expertise in modern development stacks

AI integrations
, and the
ability to lead teams
in building scalable, high-performance applications for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects.
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using
    modern stacks and frameworks
    .
  • Collaborate with international clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Integrate and fine-tune
    LLM (Large Language Model)
    and
    AI-based applications
    .
  • Ensure best coding practices, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Hands-on experience
    with at least
    two modern stacks
    , such as:
  • MERN / MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, / Angular)
  • , , and TypeScript
  • Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)
  • Golang or Rust (optional, a plus)
  • Strong experience with
    Databases:
    PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or Supabase.
  • Experience with
    Cloud Platforms:
    AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Solid understanding of
    DevOps pipelines
    and
    containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
    .
  • Practical experience in
    AI Model integration

  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and architectural design skills.
