Job Description for QA Manager Position

· years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead QA role.

·      Proven experience in Project Management for SDLC projects (2+ years).

·      Strong experience in manual and automated testing, bug tracking tools, and test management systems.

·      Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

·      Client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

·      Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile development practices.

·      Experience with QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

·      Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·      Conceptual background in any coding language is a plus, helping you better understand the technical aspects of development and collaborate more effectively with development teams.
