Job Description:

OPT Link Hub is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Accounts Intern
to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and are ready to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain and update financial records using Excel and accounting tools.
  • Support in preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
  • Handle and process invoices, receipts, and petty cash records.
  • Coordinate with the team for timely financial deliverables.
  • Manage outdoor financial tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (students/fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in
    MS Excel
    (formulas, pivot tables, data entry).
  • Familiarity with
    ResourceInn
    is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
  • Must have a
    motorbike
    for outside financial deliverables.
  • Residents of Bahria Town
    are highly preferred.
