Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Finance Intern
to join our team in Lahore. This onsite role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience in finance or accounting. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial operations using
Odoo
and
QuickBooks
, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and manage financial transactions in
    Odoo
    and
    QuickBooks
    .
  • Assist in preparing and processing
    monthly payroll
    , including
    timesheet verification
    and applying relevant
    deductions
    .
  • Support
    ledger reconciliation
    and ensure all accounts are updated regularly.
  • Maintain proper financial documentation and assist in
    monthly closings
    .
  • Process
    vendor bills
    ,
    employee reimbursements
    , and handle
    bank statement entries
    .
  • Organize and file financial records in compliance with
    audit standards
    .
  • Assist in
    internal audits
    and support
    financial compliance
    processes.
  • Collaborate with finance team members to improve and streamline operational workflows.
  • Take on additional finance-related tasks as needed by the department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance
    ,
    Accounting
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to
    6 months of relevant experience
    are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with Odoo and QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
