Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our team. The role involves reviewing financial and operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and recommending improvements to strengthen internal controls. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of audit principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits of financial statements, records, and processes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify weaknesses, irregularities, or potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to management.
  • Follow up on audit recommendations and ensure timely implementation.
  • Assist in developing and improving audit processes and checklists.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments for audit support and data gathering.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA/ICMA part-qualified preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in internal audit, external audit, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
  • Preferred Skills:

Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or commodity trading industries.

  • Familiarity with risk-based auditing.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
