Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage company's online presence, including social media platforms, website updates, and digital assets.
  • Create engaging and optimized content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Prepare performance reports and present insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Expert (3+ years preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, KPIs, and strategies.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
