Digital Marketing Expert

Faisalabad, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Strategy Development:

  2. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  3. Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns across various digital channels.

  4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  5. Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility.

  6. Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques.

  7. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  8. Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic.

  9. Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and refine ad copy.

  10. Social Media Marketing:

  11. Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  12. Develop engaging content, schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics.

  13. Email Marketing:

  14. Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.

  15. Segment email lists, A/B test campaigns, and track open rates and click-through rates.

  16. Content Marketing:

  17. Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality blog posts, articles, and other digital content.

  18. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

  19. Analytics and Reporting:

  20. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics.

  21. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.

  22. Collaboration with Central Office (Glasgow, UK):

  23. Work closely with the management team in Glasgow, UK, ensuring alignment with UK time zones.

  24. Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

Commission Compensation:

  • Commission percentage and specific terms will be discussed during the interview process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2C context.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
