International Marketing Specialist – Bookkeeping & Accounting Services

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
International Marketing Specialist
to lead client acquisition efforts for our
bookkeeping and accounting services
across the
United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom
. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at attracting new clients, strengthening brand presence, and driving business growth in these key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing strategies to target potential clients in the bookkeeping and accounting sector across the USA, Canada, and UK.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels, including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, partnerships, and networking.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to ensure seamless lead conversion and long-term client relationships.
  • Develop engaging marketing content tailored to international markets and client needs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, client expectations, and regulatory considerations in the accounting and bookkeeping domain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record in
    international B2B marketing and client acquisition
    , preferably within professional services such as bookkeeping, accounting, or finance.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn marketing, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with an international client base.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of
    2–3 years of international marketing experience

  • Prior success in acquiring clients from
    USA, Canada, and UK markets

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and lead management tools.
