IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

The position is responsible for managing RFP, bidding, and procurement activities, including evaluation of technical and commercial proposals, vetting of commercial clauses, and preparation of comparative statements in line with defined criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comparative statements of RFQs with price benchmarking to support informed procurement decisions.
  • Manage purchase order creation and secure necessary approvals in a timely manner.
  • Generate and present Project Status Reports (PSR), open PO reports, and procurement cycle updates for management visibility.
  • Conduct financial evaluation of submitted bids in RFPs against established price benchmarks.
  • Create RFQs, comparative analyses, and supporting documentation within SAP.
  • Download and analyze weekly/monthly system reports on POs/PRs from the MM module for tracking and reporting.

Qualification:

  • Professional Degree in Business Adminstration/Finance/Supply Chain Management from recognized institute.
