About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our supply chain operations by coordinating procurement and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute procurement activities, including RFQs, POs, and vendor follow-ups
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to streamline supply chain processes
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and inventory
  • Assist in demand forecasting and supply planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
