Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sialkot, for an Assistant Sales Manager (Cargo). The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and overseeing cargo operations. Additional responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The role requires close coordination with airlines and clients to ensure efficient cargo handling and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Client Relationship Building skills
  • Knowledge of Cargo Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management
  • Market Research, Sales Strategy Implementation, and Market Trend Analysis
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Islamabad
  • Experience in the aviation or cargo industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
