Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales & HR Assistant for our office in E-11, Islamabad. The role involves supporting both the Sales and HR departments with daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Maintain customer records and assist sales documentation
- Coordinate with the sales team on daily activities
HR Support:
- Assist in recruitment (job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee files and attendance records
- Support onboarding and training of new employees
- Assist in drafting HR documents and policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of sales
- Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
