driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our team. If you have the

What You'll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through
Upwork, LinkedIn, Cold Email, and other major platforms
. - Build, manage, and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and position our services effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Track, report, and optimize outreach and conversion strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in
business development, sales, or lead generation
. - Hands-on expertise with
Upwork, LinkedIn, Cold Email, and related platforms
. - Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
(written & verbal). - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a remote setup.
- Ability to work
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PKT
(evening shift).
