We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Islamabad | Incotec Industries

Location: Islamabad

Experience Required: 3–5 years in Sales (Industrial / Manufacturing sector preferred)

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA/MBA preferred)

Incotec Industries is expanding its team and looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager for our Islamabad region. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, market knowledge, and a proven track record of sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales operations for the Islamabad region.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Prepare monthly sales reports and share insights with senior management.

  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members where needed.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience (industrial sector preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.

  • Target-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Must have own conveyance.
