About the Internship:

Join our E-Commerce Internship Program and get hands-on experience working with a dynamic team to manage and grow an online retail presence. This internship is ideal for recent graduates eager to learn the ins and outs of digital commerce, product management, and online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing product listings on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or Daraz.
  • Conduct product research and support pricing/competitor analysis.
  • Help optimize product descriptions, titles, and images for SEO and user engagement.
  • Support in tracking sales performance, website traffic, and marketing KPIs.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in fulfillment coordination.
  • Conduct quality checks of live listings and troubleshoot listing issues.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries and tracking customer feedback.

What You'll Learn:

  • Real-world experience in running e-commerce operations.
  • Tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify CMS.
  • Basics of digital marketing, SEO, and product conversion optimization.
  • Data-driven decision-making and customer journey insights.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Good written communication skills.
  • Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Passion for e-commerce, online shopping trends, and digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets (basic analysis skills preferred).
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or any CMS/e-commerce platform.
