About the Internship:

Join our E-Commerce Internship Program and gain real, hands-on experience in managing and scaling an online retail business. This opportunity is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to learn the fundamentals of digital commerce, product management, and online marketing while working with a fast-paced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and managing product listings across platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, and Daraz.
  • Conduct product research and support competitor and pricing analysis.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for SEO and improved user engagement.
  • Track sales performance, website traffic, and key marketing metrics.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams on campaign planning and execution.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help coordinate order fulfillment.
  • Review live listings for quality assurance and resolve any issues related to listings.
  • Assist with customer support tasks and gather customer feedback for improvement.

What You'll Learn:

  • Practical experience in day-to-day e-commerce operations.
  • Use of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify CMS.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  • Data-driven decision-making and understanding customer behavior across the online journey.
  • Collaboration across departments in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail trends.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Bonus: Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or any CMS/e-commerce platform.

Location: Bahria Town, Phase 4, Civic Centre, Rawalpindi.

Duration: 3 Months.
