Account Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Prepare and post vouchers, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Support in accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Prepare and review bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data verification and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
  • Prepare Excel-based financial reports and analysis as required.

Skills Required:

  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualification:

  • BBA in Finance or BS in Accounting & Finance from a reputable university.

Experience:

  • Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience will be given preference.

Pay: Rs60, Rs70,000.00 per month
