As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing effective email marketing campaigns to promote our services, engage prospects, nurture leads, and retain existing customers. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure that our email communication is engaging, brand-consistent, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging, persuasive, and relevant email content for different audience segments.
  • Manage the end-to-end email campaign process including template design, copywriting, scheduling, and sending.
  • Segment and maintain the email database to ensure optimal targeting and deliverability.
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and email designs.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate) and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing email templates that align with brand identity.
  • Use automation tools to build workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align email campaigns with lead generation goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1+ years) in email marketing, preferably in a software house, IT, or digital marketing agency.
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Sendinblue).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a persuasive tone.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization (preferred).
  • Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
