Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track export-related pharmaceutical projects from initiation to completion
  • Maintain project timelines, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain data on Excel (or Access) for shipment, documentation, and timelines
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments and international clients/agents
  • Assist in ensuring quality and GMP standards are adhered to during project execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, PharmD, Supply Chain, Life Sciences or related field)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, exports, or supply chain (pharma background preferred)
  • Strong command over MS Excel / MS Access for record keeping and data tracking
  • Ability to prepare structured presentations on PowerPoint
  • Good communication skills (email drafting, follow-ups, coordination)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
