As a Fronter, you will make outbound calls to U.S. business owners, following a provided sales script to introduce our GMB optimization and SEO services. Your primary responsibility is to engage the prospect, capture their interest, and set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales closers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to U.S.-based leads using a pre-defined sales script
  • Introduce and explain our GMB & SEO services clearly and confidently
  • Ask qualifying questions to identify potential client needs
  • Generate interest and set appointments or transfer warm leads to the sales closers
  • Accurately log call details and lead information in CRM
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Matric/O-Levels (Intermediate or higher preferred)
  • Experience: Call center/ tele sales experience preferred (U.S. or international campaigns)
  • Strong English communication skills with a neutral or U.S. accent
  • Ability to confidently follow scripts and adapt if needed
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
  • Basic computer and CRM usage skills
