Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO Executive to join our team. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and analytical skills to track and report SEO performance.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, and images, to improve search engine rankings.

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content and website optimization.

Ensure website content is SEO-friendly and aligned with current trends and user intent.

Off-Page SEO:

Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve website authority and domain rating.

Monitor and manage backlinks and disavow harmful or toxic links to maintain healthy backlink profiles.

Technical SEO:

Conduct regular website audits to identify technical issues and recommend fixes.

Improve site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, and site architecture.

SEO Reporting & Analysis:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc., to monitor and report on website performance.

Track SEO KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversion rates.

Analyze competitors' SEO strategies to identify areas of opportunity.

Content Strategy:

Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-focused content that drives organic traffic.

Optimize blog posts, articles, and landing pages for both user engagement and SEO.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry news to ensure the company's strategies remain competitive.

Recommend improvements based on the latest search engine trends.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with web developers, designers, and other departments to ensure SEO best practices are integrated throughout the website.

Work alongside other digital marketing teams to align SEO efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role in the digital marketing industry.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors.

Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.

Knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.

Basic knowledge of technical SEO, including site speed optimization, mobile optimization, and website audit processes.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Google Analytics or Google Ads.

Experience with local SEO strategies for businesses targeting specific regions or cities.

Understanding of eCommerce SEO for platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

Familiarity with content marketing strategies and tools.
