Job Purpose:

Assistant Manager Business Intelligence & Analytics will be responsible for driving Business Intelligence & Analytics activities for Zong which includes:

  • Executing long and short-term Business Intelligence & analytics strategies for delivering management reporting & insights for CVM campaigns
  • Designing new reports & monitoring of existing reports for accurate data provisioning to marketing end users
  • Create & monitor advanced analytics models for increasing customer engagement & revenue enhancement

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitor KPI's like Revenue, subscriber base, churn & re-connections
  • Revenue enhancements through Up-sell/Cross-Sell models
  • Responsible for advanced analytics roadmap execution
  • Responsible for Big data roadmap execution
  • Pre & Post analysis of campaign & product launches
  • Ad-Hoc data provisioning to marketing end users

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education
:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science/ IT or similar domain.

Work Experience
:

  • 5-8 years of experience

Skills – Generic
:

  • Strong Statistical Concepts
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good project management skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Team Management

Skills – Job Specific
:

  • Hands on experience in SQL, R/Python & other programming languages is preferable
  • Hands on experience in BI visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI & Qlik is preferable
  • Knowledge of ETL & Data warehousing
  • Knowledge of Machine learning & Data Science
  • Advanced Excel Skills
