ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP:

We are offering a 2-month unpaid design internship for 4 talented and committed individuals who already have at least 4 months of prior HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking attendance
  • Draft HR-related documents such as offer letters, memos, and reports
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of employee data

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Strong interest in human resources and people operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

INTERNSHIP DETAILS:

Duration : 2 Months

Positions: 4

Compensation : Unpaid (training, certifications, and referrals provided)

Timings : 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Location : Remote

Format : Training, Hands-On Projects Certification

Outcome : Certification, Reviews, Referrals, Experience Letter
