About the Role

HireOn is looking for an energetic and tech-savvy Technical Recruitment Intern to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tech hiring, working across diverse domains such as Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, QA, and DevOps. You'll learn how to leverage AI platforms and modern recruitment tools to identify and attract top global talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various technical roles.
  • Use AI-powered tools and digital platforms to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Support recruiters in managing candidate databases and interview coordination.
  • Draft, post, and update job descriptions on multiple hiring platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Contribute ideas to improve hiring efficiency and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
  • BBA or MBA (HR or related field) from a reputed university.
  • 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of using AI tools and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic remote work environment.
  • Passionate about building a career in technical recruitment and learning about emerging technologies.
