Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in core HR functions, providing a strong foundation for career growth in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Support onboarding and employee induction activities.
  • Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Provide administrative support for daily HR operations.
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
