Role Overview

As a DevOps / Automation Engineer, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining

automation pipelines, CI/CD systems, and cloud environments supporting SMB-related solutions.

You'll collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to accelerate app delivery, ensure

reliability, and continuously improve our DevOps culture and toolchain.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows that support Company's internal app

development, while collaborating with and providing technical support to other company

members.

Requirements:


•
7+ years of experience as an Automation or DevOps Engineer.


• Proficiency in Python3 and Groovy (3+ years of experience), JavaScript, and TypeScript.


• Proficiency in Shared library Groovy development and integration with Jenkins – must.


• Proficiency with Jenkins scripted pipelines and administration.


• Demonstrated experience with understanding and implementing REST API integrations based

on technical documentation for Google, Atlassian, Slack, and additional third-party services.


• Other scripting languages like PowerShell, bash, sh, and more.


• Developing with Object-oriented.


• Familiarity with PyCharm and Eclipse.


• Familiarity with Docker.


• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, and Jira workflows.


• Experience with Linux and Windows environments.


• Knowledge of Agile and DevSecOps practices.

Nice to Have:


• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem and app development lifecycle.


• Familiarity with Forge or Connect frameworks for Atlassian app development.


• Familiarity with database systems.


• Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


• Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK,

OpenTelemetry).


• Understanding of API testing and frameworks like pytest or Robot Framework.

• Fluent English written and spoken – MUST


• Able to handle challenges effectively and follow through until solutions are found – MUST.


• Comfortable in a startup-like, cross-functional environment.


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.


• Excellent communication across company teams.


• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.


• Open-minded, innovative, and eager to learn new technologies quickly, with a proactive approach to solving challenges and improving automation processes.
