Mission of the Role

To build 's physical presence across Pakistan by establishing retail outlets, regional warehouses, and efficient supply chain systems that support both online and offline growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Retail & Branch Expansion

  • Identify and finalize store locations in key cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan).
  • Negotiate leases and manage landlord and municipal relations.
  • Plan store layout, design, and fixtures in line with brand standards.
  • Work with the marketing team for store launches and branding.
  • Prepare store-opening plans, CAPEX budgets, vendor lists, and timelines.

2. Warehousing & Logistics

  • Set up regional warehouses to reduce delivery time and return rates.
  • Design inventory layouts and shelving systems for different product categories.
  • Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams for efficient dispatch.
  • Implement inventory tracking systems (Zoho / Shopify WMS).
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security standards.

3. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Source materials (bottles, fabric, packaging) locally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships with clear pricing and delivery SLAs.
  • Conduct audits and manage supplier performance.
  • Plan inventory forecasts with sales and marketing.

4. Inventory Planning & Coordination

  • Develop demand forecasts by SKU and category.
  • Set reorder points and maintain buffer stock.
  • Integrate warehouse stock data with Shopify.
  • Minimize dead stock and stock discrepancies.

5. Team Leadership

  • Hire and train warehouse and procurement staff.
  • Develop SOPs for store operations and logistics.
  • Report weekly to the Chairman on KPIs, costs, and timelines.

6. KPIs & Ideal Profile

· Retail Store Launch: 3 pilot stores operational within 12 months

· Regional Warehouses: 2 active hubs (North + South)

· Experience: 6–10 years in retail expansion, supply chain, or operations (Fashion, FMCG, or D2C preferred)

· Background: Experience in brands like Outfitters, Sapphire, Ideas, Daraz, or Metro

· Strengths: Execution, vendor negotiation, warehouse setup, project management

· Education: MBA / BBA in Operations or Supply Chain (preferred)
