Our tech arm, Bryxo, powers this ecosystem — developing automation-first SaaS products like VerityOS, SmartBooks, and Wowl AI.

We're now hiring an AI-First Marketing Specialist — a hands-on, commercially focused professional who can combine marketing strategy with AI tools, automations, and growth systems that generate real revenue.

You'll work directly with the Founder, helping shape and scale Verity's marketing engine across the UK, UAE, USA, and Pakistan.

Mission

Build and automate growth systems that attract, nurture, and convert leads through AI-assisted marketing, smart automation, and data-driven experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Campaigns & Lead Generation

  • Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (email, SEO, social, paid, webinars).
  • Build AI-powered lead funnels using Apollo, Clay, and automation.
  • Design and execute outreach sequences, lead magnets, and AI-assisted follow-ups.
  • Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Notion AI to automate research, copywriting, and audience segmentation.

2. Content & Brand Marketing

  • Use AI tools to create, repurpose, and distribute content across blogs, newsletters, and social channels.
  • Support or co-host podcasts, webinars, and community sessions to drive visibility.
  • Collaborate with creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, or Synthesia) for dynamic visuals and videos.

3. Community & Ecosystem Growth

  • Grow and engage Verity's communities like the Verity Entrepreneurship Hub and Accountants Hub.
  • Automate member onboarding, engagement tracking, and newsletter flows using AI workflows.
  • Turn community activity into qualified business leads and partnerships.

4. Analytics & Optimization

  • Use AI dashboards to track KPIs (CPL, MQLs, conversion rates, ROI).
  • Continuously test and improve campaigns for scalability and performance.
  • Translate data insights into actionable revenue strategies.

You'll Need

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, growth, or lead generation.
  • Practical experience with email marketing (HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
  • Familiarity with prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content, and paid media.
  • Experience using AI tools for copywriting, content creation, research, and automation (ChatGPT, , Make, Zapier, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with a bias for measurable outcomes.
