Marketing Operations Specialist (GoHighLevel + Paid Ads)
About the Role

We're looking for a
Marketing Operations Manager

who can think strategically and execute flawlessly.

You'll work directly with
the management team

to manage client systems, offers, and marketing funnels — ensuring every campaign runs smoothly from
offer creation → creative strategy → CRM setup → launch → optimization.

This isn't a basic assistant role — it's for someone who understands how
marketing systems, funnels, and ads connect together

to generate real leads and results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Offer & Strategy Development

  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify winning offers.
  • Draft and refine offers with clear headlines, bonuses, and USPs.
  • Collaborate with the founder to finalize positioning and creative angles.

2. GoHighLevel & CRM Management

  • Build and customize client CRM systems (pipelines, automations, forms, calendars).
  • Connect integrations (LeadConnector, Privyr, WhatsApp).
  • Manage alltriggers, notifications, and lead flow testing.
  • Provide clients with CRM walkthroughs and handle onboarding support.

3. Funnel & Creative Execution

  • Create funnel copy, offer pages, and lead forms using funnel SOPs
  • Coordinate with designers/editors for ad creatives (video + image).
  • Maintain creative strategy and content documents.
  • Ensure all assets follow ad-ready SOPs and brand tone.

4. Ad Campaigns & Optimization

  • Launch and monitor campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager.
  • Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA) and optimize daily.
  • Prepare weekly reports and suggest creative or offer adjustments.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Stay active in client WhatsApp/Slack groups for queries and updates.
  • Manage internal coordination between design, media buying, and strategy teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all tasks and keep ClickUp boards up to date.

Required Skills

  • Strong command of
    GoHighLevel CRM

(funnels, automations, triggers, forms).
- Working knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager

(launching, testing, optimization).
- Experience in
offer creation, copywriting, and creative briefing.
- Basic Canva Design Skills
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Strong project management & multitasking ability.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Privyr, Twilio, or WhatsApp automation tools.
  • Basic video editing or Canva design understanding.
  • Prior agency experience in lead generation or paid media.
