About the Role

GEO PTE Academy is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and organic growth strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and grow our social media audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads)
  • Develop and implement organic content strategies to increase engagement and followers
  • Create and manage content calendars for all platforms
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns for better ROI and performance
  • Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and copywriting
  • Track performance using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Generate leads through social media and improve conversion rates

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Proven ability to generate organic traffic and leads
  • Familiar with Canva / Photoshop and social media tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and create performance reports
  • Must be available for immediate joining
