Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Injection Molding Manager located in Karachi. The Injection Molding Manager will oversee daily operations of the injection molding department, ensuring that production targets are met. Responsibilities include managing and supervising staff, troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining quality standards, optimizing production processes, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless production workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in injection molding operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Supervisory and team management skills
  • Knowledge of production process optimization and quality control
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles is a plus
