
Customer Case Support Officer

Job Purpose
To support the Resolution Department in managing case documentation, client coordination, and follow-up activities, ensuring smooth processing of special cases and workload efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in case initiation and data entry.
Prepare, organize, and file case documentation (digital & physical).
Coordinate with clients for document collection and case updates.
Follow up with Lahore Head Office for approvals and processing status.
Help in collecting merging fee slips and compiling complete case files.
Maintain call logs, reminders, and follow-up sheets to avoid delays.
Prepare basic daily or weekly status reports.
Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's (in progress or completed).
Fresh graduates or interns are strongly encouraged to apply.
No prior experience required training will be provided.
Basic working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and WhatsApp communication.
Good communication and follow-up attitude.
Punctual, organized, and eager to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
