Key Responsibilities

  • List properties for rent and sale.
  • Onboard property owners, agents, and developers to
  • Create, manage, and optimize property listings with accurate details and visuals.
  • Generate leads through proactive networking and digital outreach.
  • Build partnerships with serviced apartments, hotels, and residential communities.
  • Ensure vendors follow platform policies for pricing, descriptions, and images.
  • Track performance of listings and provide guidance for better visibility.
  • Achieve monthly listing and account creation targets.
  • Price negotiations and commission.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or hospitality sales.
  • Strong network of property owners, agents, or hotel operators.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Becholars in business management and media
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, online listings, and marketplace operations.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
