Role Overview:

The Pacific Inc is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented
Airbnb Pricing and Listing Specialist
to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing dynamic pricing strategies that drive occupancy, revenue, and overall portfolio performance. You will also manage the creation and optimisation of property listings to ensure maximum visibility, search ranking, and conversion across all major booking platforms.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Develop, manage, and adjust daily and seasonal pricing strategies across Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
  • Continuously analyse competitor pricing, local market demand, and industry trends to inform pricing decisions.
  • Utilise dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, AirDNA, Beyond) to forecast revenue and optimise pricing performance.
  • Create, optimise, and enhance property listings to improve visibility, search ranking, and guest engagement.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports focusing on key revenue metrics, including Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and special offers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing or revenue management within the hospitality or Airbnb sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, or Beyond.
  • Proven expertise in Airbnb listing creation and optimisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Must not be concurrently employed with any other organisation.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday,
6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT)
