Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role will involve developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting training sessions, and providing support to management and staff on HR-related matters. Ensuring a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
