Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive. The position is located in WahCantt, Taxila , faisal hill, Multigarden b17 & Sanjani . The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting property presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, keeping updated with market trends, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Real Estate Sales, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret property-related documentation and legal requirements
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in property management or construction is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
