Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malir District for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. They will analyze campaign performance, manage budgets, and create strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. The role also includes utilizing data analytics to inform future marketing efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance tracking
  • Experience with budget management and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of various digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEM, and display advertising
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
