We are building an AI-powered learning and reflection platform that enables educators and organizations to capture audio reflections, analyze them intelligently, and create interactive learning experiences.

Role Overview

We're looking for a
Full-Stack Developer
with strong experience in
React (frontend)
and
Python Flask (backend)
to help us build the core platform. You'll be responsible for developing user interfaces, backend APIs, and ensuring seamless integration with LMS systems and AI services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive dashboards and editors using
  • Build and maintain backend APIs using
    Python Flask
  • Integrate authentication (OAuth / SSO / LMS login systems)
  • Design and manage databases (
    PostgreSQL, MongoDB
    )
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to connect transcription, probing, and quiz features
  • Deploy and maintain the platform on
    AWS / Firebase

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in
    React, TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Proven experience with
    Python Flask APIs
  • Knowledge of
    REST APIs, authentication, and secure data handling
  • Database experience with SQL/NoSQL
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, or Firebase)
  • Bonus: Experience with
    edtech platforms or LMS integration
