Position Overview
As a Telesales Executive, you'll be the voice of our U.S. campaign — reaching out to potential clients, explaining services, and converting leads into loyal customers. You'll receive structured sales training, ongoing coaching, and the tools to achieve top-level results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S. prospects and qualify leads
- Deliver clear, engaging sales presentations to clients
- Identify client needs and offer customized solutions
- Maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, and close sales
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned performance goals
Who We're Looking For
- 1+ year of telesales or international call center experience
- Prior experience in U.S. campaigns (preferred)
- Excellent English communication and listening skills
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
- Comfortable working the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
