Salary: 100,000 Plus + Good Comissions on Sales

Location: On-site – Lahore, Pakistan

Shift: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role

We are hiring Telesales representatives for our U.S.-based Life Back Taxes campaign.

This is a great opportunity for confident, fluent English speakers who want to build a successful career in Telesales while earning attractive performance-based incentives.

You will make outbound calls to U.S. clients, promote our services, and help customers find the right solutions. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and handle inbound & Outbound inquiries
  • Promote and upsell company services to prospective customers
  • Build rapport, identify client needs, and offer effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and follow-up actions
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience (U.S. campaign preferred)
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Must be comfortable working the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM, Monday–Friday)
