Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Lead and Sales of EK Visa by contacting clients. B2C & B2B Clients included
- Handle visa application processes for tourist, business, transit, and other visa types for various countries.
- Check and verify visa requirements based on the client's travel itinerary.
- Accurately complete visa application forms, collate required documents, and ensure timely submission to embassies or visa centers.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers for updates, clarifications, or urgent cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, embassy holidays, and documentation changes.
- Guide clients on biometric appointments, personal interviews, or additional documentation as required.
- Ensure all visas are processed within stipulated timelines to meet clients' travel schedules.
- Maintain proper records of applications, rejections, renewals, and visa fees.
- Provide timely updates to sales/travel consultants and clients on application status.
- Assist in maintaining vendor/embassy relationships and negotiate visa facilitation when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in visa processing (preferably in a travel agency, visa facilitation center, or corporate travel desk).
- Strong understanding of international visa regulations, Schengen, UK, USA, UAE, and all countries in particular.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages.
- Attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Contacts in different consulates preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in managing both individual and corporate visa cases.
- Knowledge of e-visa, group visa processing, and online applications.
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive client information.
