About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in performance evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
