Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager (Female) to handle our online presence and grow our brand in the health & wellness tea industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving consumer engagement to increase brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and customer interaction.
  • Run paid campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Creative content creation and video editing skills.
  • Experience in B2C marketing and consumer engagement.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle products is a plus.
