Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for contact center and back-office roles, ensuring talent alignment with business goals.
  • Manage on-boarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Develop HR policies, compliance procedures, and performance management frameworks tailored to BPO operations.
  • Partner with leadership to identify workforce needs, training plans, and career development pathways.
  • Maintain HR data accuracy, analytics, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience within a
    BPO, contact center, or shared services environment
    (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with experience in modern HR tools and applicant tracking systems.
