Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Specialist located in Lahore. The Customer Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, analyzing customer needs, and generating sales. The role also involves training customers on product features and usage, along with maintaining accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Proven Sales experience and the ability to close deals
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to understand customer needs
  • Experience in Training customers on product features and services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM
